Since jewelry is a wearable item, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not except cancellations. All sales are final.

This ensures our customers a brand new piece of jewelry coming directly from our shop to your home never returned or exchanged previously.

Refund Policy

Please contact us within a week of delivery date regarding issues or concerns you may have with your order. Please note we do not refund for any of the following.

• Products do not fit the individual it was intended for.

• Jewelry containing natural products contain slight color variation.

• Jewelry containing natural products have slight size variation.

• Order arrived late due to postal delays.

• Item was broken or lost buy purchaser.

• Item was purchased by mistake.
