All or most of our products are handmade. Due to their handmade nature, products may have slight differences from product photos and products previously purchased.

Please note we do not refund for any of the following:

• Products do not fit the individual it was intended for.

• Products have slight differences in dimensions. 

• Jewelry containing natural products contain slight color variation.

• Jewelry containing natural products have slight size variation.
