Currently we ship to the United States and Canada.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Rarely, we may have shipping delays. Please check with our current processing times available on our website announcement.

Can I expedite shipping? (USA)

We offer a Priority Shipping upgrade. Shipping upgrades are available only at checkout.

Please understand Priority Shipping is not guaranteed, and may arrive late.

When will my order arrive? (USA)

We ship through the United States Postal Service.

• First-Class Mail takes about (2-6 business days).

• Priority Mail takes about (1-4 business days).

Please note, these are estimates and may arrive early or later than expected. Shipping time does not include our processing time.

Returns

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Since jewelry is a wearable item, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not except cancellations. All sales are final.

This ensures our customers a brand new piece of jewelry coming directly from our shop to your home never returned or exchanged previously.

Products

Are your products handmade?

All or most of our products are handmade. Our beaded bracelets, dangle earrings, and necklaces are all handmade by our brand in the USA.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is great quality metal and very commonly used in jewelry. This metal is a mix of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% of other metals, typically copper. The added copper gives sterling silver a great durability and strength.

What is 14k gold filled?

14k gold filled is great material that is higher quality than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled contains a base layer of metal with very thick layers of gold compared to a gold plate. Other benefits to gold filled jewelry is more durability and jewelry with higher percentage of gold.

Sizing

What sizes are your bracelets?

We offer most bracelets in kids, regular, and large sizes with extensions. Some bracelet designs may be one size with no extension. Please reference our size chart on each bracelet for more information regarding dimensions.

How do I measure my wrist size?

A tape measure is ideal for measuring your wrist size. Where your bracelet sits on your wrist, hold the tape measure snug.

If you don’t have a tape measure at home, you can use a slip of paper or string. Hold the string snug to your wrist. Keep note of where the string just starts to overlap around your wrist. Measure the string against a ruler.

Do you take custom order requests?

We love working with our customers on your custom orders!

If you have ideas in mind for a different color, gemstone, material, size, etc., please let us know!

Although we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to fit your needs.

Additional charges may apply for custom orders.

Do you have larger quantities available?

Please contact us if you need a larger quantity than currently available. For certain products, we may be able to provide the desired quantity.
